Basic Sheetpan Dinner
Not as quick a recipe, but probably the easiest one on this site. Throw it all together, and bake! despite it’s ease, it’s still an all time favorite, more so than most complicated dishes. Not a lot of specifics in the ingredients because you can adjust the amounts however you wish. If you are more a meat and potatoes kind of person, increase them. If you like your vegetables, go heavy on the asparagus/zucchini
Ingredients:
1/2 T. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Other seasonings to taste (steak?)
Asparagus
Halved mushrooms
Halved Mini potatoes
Diced sausage links
Any other vegetables you might enjoy!
Directions
- Throw desired vegetable/meat combination into a large bowl.
- Pour olive oil over the mixture
- Add seasonings to your liking
- Line a large baking sheet with foil, cover the sheet with your sheetpan mix
- Bake between 400 and 425 F for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fully cooked
Additionally, you may want to separate the vegetables and mushrooms and add them with only 10-20 minutes left on the timer so they don’t overbake. The potatoes will need the most time.
