Ham and Cheese Mini Sandwiches

I’m not usually one for poppy seeds but they work with this dinner. If you use small enough rolls you’ll find you can fit a whole thing in your mouth and before you know it, they’re gone! Thankfully, they only take about 20 minutes to make so no worries there.


Sliced Ham
Swiss Cheese Slices
Dinner Rolls (I recommend Hawaiian rolls, they fit well in the pan and make for perfect eating size)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 T. Chopped Onion flakes or Minced Onion
1/2 t. Poppy seeds
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 T. ground mustard


  1. Slice the rolls you wish to use clean in half. Spread a generous layer of mayo on both the top and bottom halves
  2. Layer sliced ham and cheese on the rolls and return the tops
  3. In a seaparte bowl, mix the butter, onion, poppy seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together until well combined (A whisk may be handy here)
  4. Place your mini sandwiches in a pan, pour the mixture over and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutesĀ
