Ham and Cheese Mini Sandwiches
I’m not usually one for poppy seeds but they work with this dinner. If you use small enough rolls you’ll find you can fit a whole thing in your mouth and before you know it, they’re gone! Thankfully, they only take about 20 minutes to make so no worries there.
Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Sliced Ham
Swiss Cheese Slices
Dinner Rolls (I recommend Hawaiian rolls, they fit well in the pan and make for perfect eating size)
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 T. Chopped Onion flakes or Minced Onion
1/2 t. Poppy seeds
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 T. ground mustard
Directions
- Slice the rolls you wish to use clean in half. Spread a generous layer of mayo on both the top and bottom halves
- Layer sliced ham and cheese on the rolls and return the tops
- In a seaparte bowl, mix the butter, onion, poppy seeds, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce together until well combined (A whisk may be handy here)
- Place your mini sandwiches in a pan, pour the mixture over and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutesĀ
